Fully dependent on the Madrid City Council, this company actively participates in sustainable mobility initiatives through the management of public parking facilities, residential parking (including long-term permits), BiciPARK services, and park-and-ride parking areas aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions.

Each project represents a significant challenge, as each parking facility has different characteristics, whether in terms of entry/exit angles, lane layout, number of lanes, among other factors. Moreover, the high volume of vehicles in heavily used parking facilities demands fast license plate reading and high accuracy rates to avoid congested lanes that can impact urban traffic flow.
