SIRAM Space Sensor shakes the PGS CB market with 99.7% Accuracy Rate

Innova Systems Group certifies a success rate of 99.7% in its SIRAM Space Sensor module for detection of free / occupied parking slots through image analysis. A great option to integrate into any guidance system at public parking slots.

SIRAM Space Sensor has been developed using artificial intelligence techniques for image analysis based on Deep Learning, which is the reason that guarantees a higher accuracy and success rate (99.7%) when detecting the status and availability of a parking slot. Also, SIRAM Space Sensor stands out for being a robust technological solution against elements that cause false positives.  The detection of the availability of parking slots (free/occupied) is carried out independently from the detection and recognition of the license plates, allowing the sensor technology to be unaffected by any disturbances in the image scene like the presence of people or other objects such as shopping carts, glare from vehicle headlights, marks or signal drawings on the floor, or the detection of outlying parking slots located nearby the analyzed space.

 

Currently, SIRAM Space Sensor is integrated into Parkhelp’s camera-based guidance system, working embedded within its cameras, contributing to its powerful CPU with great functionalities as a very high success rate 99.7% and robustness in the detection process free / busy slots. The parking sensor software can be complemented with other modules such as the license plate recognition (SIRAM OCR5) or the vehicle type, brand and color detection (SIRAM MAKE), also embedded within the camera.
